Idriss El Hajji is the founder of Eunoïa Advisory, bringing over eight years of experience at the intersection of transaction advisory, financial analysis, and real-asset operations. He previously served as a Manager in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte, where he led and executed more than 20 transactions across real estate, infrastructure, logistics, hospitality, and asset-intensive businesses, with aggregate deal value exceeding €2.3bn. His background combines rigorous financial due diligence, valuation, and deal execution with an engineering foundation in construction and infrastructure, enabling a practical understanding of both financial and operational risks. Idriss works directly with founders, operators, and investors on acquisitions, divestments, shareholder transitions, and special situations, providing hands-on, senior-level involvement throughout the transaction lifecycle. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and an engineering degree in civil engineering from ESTP Paris.
